Overview

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you purchased, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another within a 30 day period, subject to the terms set out below.

We will also assist you with any issues relating to defect or faulty products during the warranty period.

How to request a return

Should you wish to return any item in your purchase you can simply log into your account and use the self-help online system. Alternatively, you can:

NB: You will need a Return Authorization Slip (RMA) before returning any merchandise. Please do not ship an item back before contacting our Customer Support team.

What is our Returns Policy?

  • Most items purchased from Armchair Barista can be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Exceptions are detailed in the list below in the "Exclusions and Limitations" conditions below.
  • Items must be unused, and in its original condition and must include all accessories and instructions, and all original packaging that is still available.
  • The client is responsible for the cost of returning all products to Armchair Barista. If the returning product item has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we simply cannot give you a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
