Place your inverted BrewPress on your preparation surfaceStep 3Measure 12g of ground coffee (approx two heaped scoops) and add the coffee into your BrewPressStep 4Slowly pour 250ml of off-the-boil/boiling water into your BrewPressStep 5Stir with the back of your measuring scoop (or teaspoon) making sure all the coffee comes into contact with the water. Brew for 90 secondsStep 6Place filter paper into the filter holder and screw it tightly back onto your BrewPressStep 7Invert your BrewPress onto your mug and wait 15-30 seconds for the ground coffee to settleStep 8Slowly compress downwards (15 to 30 seconds), applying even compression until fully compressed (listen out for the hiss)Step 9Enjoy your fresh brew!Brewpress is the premier travel-friendly coffee maker.
