Timemore’s Fish Smart Pro Electric Pour-Over Kettle is the ultimate in specialty tea and coffee kettles and the fastest kettle on the market.
Did you know that you brew dark roasts at different temperatures to light roasts? For perfect results, dark roasted coffee is brewed between 85-90˚C, and light roasts between 90-95˚C. This is because darker roasts are more porous and therefore extract easier vs light roasts, which need more temperature to extract properly.
The Fish Smart Pro’s precision temperature control allows you to extract more flavour from your preferred coffee. The patented spout design ensures a 90 degree pour, continuous flow and unmatched control for pour overs and other specialty brew methods like the AeroPress. It’s elegance, ergonomic design and functionality make it the ultimate brewing kettle.
