3 modes and a unique flow rate feature:
1. Regular mode, where taring and timers are manually operated.
2. Espresso mode, which auto-tares when the cup is placed, and then auto-times when the first drops hit the cup, and auto-stops when pouring stops, displaying the recorded values.
3. Pour over timing mode, providing a 3 second countdown to begin pouring. (For pour overs and AeroPress)
4. Flow rate can apply to all modes reflecting the flow rate (g/sec) of liquid hitting the cup.
